Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data Yuna7 ("we") processes when you use the platform, why, and how we protect it. By creating an account, you confirm you have read and accepted this policy and our Terms & Conditions.
1. Data we process
- Account: your email address and a password (never stored in clear text, only hashed).
- Usage: missions you launch, action logs, and statistics for your workspace.
- Machine technical data: when a mission runs, the AI observes and acts on the PC you enrolled (screenshots, commands, results) to diagnose and repair it. This data is used only to carry out the mission.
- Security: connection IP address and country, access attempts, to protect the service against abuse.
- Payment: payments are handled by our authorized reseller (Merchant of Record). We never store your card details.
2. How we use data
We use this data to: provide and run the service, carry out the missions you request, handle billing and credits, secure the platform, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
3. Isolation between accounts
Each account has an isolated workspace. Your missions, logs, machines and statistics are visible only to you. The AI assistant knows only your own workspace and never discloses another account's data or the platform's source code.
4. Processors
We rely on technical providers strictly necessary to the service: hosting, network protection (Cloudflare), payment processing and the AI model. They only access the data required for their task.
5. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active, then for as long as needed to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Technical and security logs are kept for a limited period. Some capabilities (learned actions/tools) may be retained in an anonymised, aggregate form to improve the service.
6. Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies and local storage (session, display preferences). No advertising cookies and no third-party tracking.
7. Security
Hashed passwords (PBKDF2), optional two-factor authentication (2FA), security headers (CSP, HSTS), brute-force protection, geographic filtering and access monitoring. No system is infallible, but we apply reasonable measures to protect your data.
8. Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, and deletion of your account. To exercise these rights, contact us from your client area.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The version in force is the one published on this page. By continuing to use the service, you accept the current version.
