Terms & Conditions of Sale and Use
These terms govern your use of the Yuna7 platform ("the Service", "we"). By creating an account and ticking the acceptance box, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these terms in full and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the Service.
1. Purpose of the Service
Yuna7 provides an artificial intelligence able to operate and repair enrolled Windows computers under the user's supervision. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
2. Account and acceptance
Creating an account requires express acceptance of these terms and the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information, the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity carried out from your account.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices, plans and credit costs are stated in advance within the Service. Amounts are known before any purchase. Our orders and payments are handled by our authorized reseller, acting as the Merchant of Record: our reseller's name appears on your bank statement and processes payment, invoicing and applicable taxes. Purchased credits may be used for missions according to the displayed terms.
4. Refunds & cancellation
All sales are final: subscriptions, credits and top-ups are non-refundable, except where required by law (e.g. duplicate or unauthorized charges). You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account (Settings → Billing) to stop the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period already paid. See our Refund Policy, which applies together with our reseller's buyer terms.
5. Limitation of liability
The Service relies on an artificial intelligence that performs actions on your machines. You remain responsible for your machines, your data and your backups. We recommend backing up your data before any intervention. To the extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for bugs, malfunctions, data loss, interruptions, or any direct or indirect damage caused by the AI, by an automated action, or by use of the Service;
- We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any repair will succeed;
- You approve sensitive actions and can stop the AI at any time: actions you approve are your responsibility;
- Our total aggregate liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid in the last thirty (30) days.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only on computers you are authorised to administer, within a lawful context. Prohibited in particular: unauthorised access to systems, any illegal, fraudulent or abusive activity, and any attempt to bypass the platform's security.
7. Suspension and termination
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any account or subscription, at any time and without notice, in particular in cases of abuse, illegal or fraudulent use, breach of these terms, risk to the platform or other users, or for our own reasons, at our sole discretion. Such suspension or termination gives no right to any refund. You may likewise stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
8. Intellectual property
The platform, its code, brand and content remain our property. No licence is granted beyond normal use of the Service.
9. Changes to the terms
We may change these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one published on this page. By continuing to use the Service, you accept the current version.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law applicable at Yuna7's place of establishment. Any dispute shall fall under the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
